Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee general ledger maintenance, month-end/year-end closing processes, and financial statement preparation
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure audit readiness
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage accounting team performance through training, mentorship, and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with production teams to align financial strategies with operational targets
- Ensure adherence to Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and regulatory requirements
- Streamline accounting processes using ERP systems and automation tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in manufacturing industry accounting principles and cost analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration across departments
