Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) for management review
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Manage and develop accounting staff through training, mentoring, and performance evaluation
- Implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and filings
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven leadership abilities in team management and development
- Excellent communication skills for financial reporting and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience in manufacturing or fuel industry is advantageous
