Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee SAP system operations and ensure data integrity
- Handle tax compliance matters, including filing returns and responding to tax authorities
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations
- Experience in logistics or shipping industry is a plus
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
