Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Manage and mentor a team of accountants and junior staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Monitor compliance with local tax laws (BIR) and internal company policies.
- Conduct internal audits and implement improved financial controls and processes.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during year-end audits.
- Prepare budget forecasts and financial reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- CPA license is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
