Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial and accounting operations within the manufacturing plant
- Manage and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and support
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
- Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and procedures
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Monitor budget performance and prepare variance analyses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience in manufacturing or food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
