Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate financial reporting
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license is required
- Minimum of 5 years in accounting management role
- Proven experience with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
