Join Euroasiatic Jaya as our Accounting Manager and lead critical financial operations across the organization. This pivotal role requires you to oversee group-wide accounting processes, ensuring financial reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. You'll drive the implementation of robust financial controls while managing complex reporting requirements to meet both internal and external standards. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you'll collaborate with department heads to optimize financial workflows, analyze financial performance, and provide strategic insights that support business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and financial system optimization while fostering a culture of financial integrity and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
- Lead financial reporting processes including consolidated statements and regulatory submissions
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, Bapepam regulations, and internal controls
- Manage external audit relationships and coordinate internal control assessments
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and system improvements
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Supervise accounting team performance and professional development
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments on financial matters and system implementations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Leadership experience managing accounting teams of 3+ professionals
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
