Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting department, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger operations
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and developing accounting teams
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
