Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Lead and develop the accounting team through performance management and training initiatives
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and compliance reviews
- Implement financial systems improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with department heads on budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA license required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Excellent leadership and team development skills with ability to mentor staff
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
