Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial reporting and ensure accuracy of accounting processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while fostering a culture of excellence
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and filings
- Develop and optimize accounting policies, procedures, and workflow systems
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and budgeting initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and BIR regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership experience in team development and process optimization
- Exceptional attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and compliance
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
