Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger maintenance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure professional growth and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to mitigate financial risk.
- Manage external audits and tax filings, ensuring full compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Provide actionable financial insights and monthly performance summaries to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related financial field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local taxation laws.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with integrated ERP systems or accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive departmental goals.
