Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Manage and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Lead the monthly and annual closing processes, including financial statement preparation.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and financial analysis to identify risks and improve profitability.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with senior management.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Implement internal controls and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards) and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Certification as a CPA, ACCA, or similar is a strong plus.
