Alam Putra Lestari Sources is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations in Jakarta Barat. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of all accounting processes within the company.
As an Accounting Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our financial department, driving adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while providing actionable insights to senior management. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the daily accounting operations and team performance.
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, local tax regulations, and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Manage the end-to-end financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth annual audit procedures.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, and corporate tax).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a professional team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
