Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop and implement effective accounting systems, internal controls, and financial policies
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing regular financial analysis to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making
- Conduct regular audits of financial records and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with QuickBooks or SAP is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience in mentoring accounting professionals
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting financial information to stakeholders
