We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join AFITTY SDN. BHD in Melaka. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of the full set of accounts and Financial Statements (FS), strictly adhering to MFRS and statutory requirements. As a key member of our finance team, you will lead financial reporting initiatives, oversee month-end and year-end close processes, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) in accordance with MFRS standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements and company internal policies.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Conduct internal audits and implement necessary controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with a preference for managerial experience.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MICPA) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
