Taza Mia Corporation is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations in San Pablo City. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing fiscal reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support our continued growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the overall accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS.
- Manage the internal and external audit process, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and optimize cash flow.
- Coordinate with tax authorities and external auditors for mandatory filings and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and lead the accounting team to foster a high-performance environment.
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to the executive management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of local tax laws, government reporting, and financial regulations (BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle sensitive financial data with high integrity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.
