As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our financial health, ensuring compliance with Philippine tax laws, and providing accurate financial insights to support executive decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with Philippine accounting standards.
- Monitor the company's financial position, performance, and cash flows to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage the company's banking relationships.
- Implement and enhance internal financial controls and internal audit processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support for business planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA License is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance staff.
