Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements compliant with Indonesian standards
- Lead tax compliance initiatives and ensure accurate submission of returns
- Develop and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Optimize accounting systems and processes for efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years' experience
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proven team leadership experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in multinational company environment
