Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including GL management, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Lead and develop the accounting team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with Philippine GAAP, BIR regulations, and internal controls
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings while maintaining strong auditor relationships
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in management
- Expert knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax codes, and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and MS Excel
- Proven experience leading accounting teams and developing staff
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
