Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Direct all taxation activities, ensuring timely and accurate filing of corporate tax returns in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Coordinate and lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure financial integrity.
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting and tax staff.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to management to support strategic business decisions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal counsel to ensure full compliance.
- Streamline accounting workflows through process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, and local tax requirements).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
