PETValue is looking for a dedicated and strategic Accounting Manager to lead our finance department. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Lead the monthly and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statement preparation.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support the company’s strategic goals.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, BIR regulations, and corporate financial policies.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the accounting staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage external relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and banking institutions.
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting workflows to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax codes, financial reporting standards, and audit requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar experience is a plus).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
