Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations while implementing internal controls
- Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Develop and optimize accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to foster professional growth
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in FMCG or distribution industry highly desirable
