As the Accounting Manager, you will serve as the backbone of our financial department. You will be responsible for ensuring the absolute integrity of our financial records, streamlining internal accounting processes, and providing actionable insights to executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is well-versed in Philippine accounting standards, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and variance analysis.
- Manage tax compliance, including the filing of VAT, Withholding Taxes, and Income Tax Returns with the BIR.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure asset protection.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Liaise with external auditors, government regulatory bodies, and banks as required.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff to foster a culture of accuracy and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of accounting professionals.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
