Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PSAS).
- Manage the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes to ensure fiscal health.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and internal audits to identify discrepancies and mitigate financial risks.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate accounting staff to foster professional growth and high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations (BIR) and internal control policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations for business improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Deep understanding of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and financial reporting standards.
