Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing performance feedback, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards).
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and financial audits.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions to senior management.
- Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies to mitigate financial risks and ensure asset protection.
- Review and approve complex financial transactions, bank reconciliations, and intercompany settlements.
- Streamline accounting workflows and introduce automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong experience in the laboratory, healthcare, or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
