Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficient workflow, high accuracy, and professional development.
- Oversee the monthly closing process, including general ledger reconciliation, accruals, and financial reporting.
- Manage tax compliance and reporting in strict accordance with Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PPh 21, PPN).
- Control and manage inventory assets specific to the automotive dealership operations to prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate and timely annual financial statements and budgets for executive management review.
- Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial data and support strategic business planning.
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting policies to minimize financial risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Proven experience leading a team of accounting professionals.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws and PSAK (Accounting Standards).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
