Join Moreton Auctions & Galleries Inc as our Accounting Manager and lead financial operations for a premier auction house. In this strategic role, you'll oversee all accounting functions, drive financial compliance, and optimize processes for our dynamic art and auction business. You'll collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage team performance, and implement robust internal controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to optimize performance
- Implement and maintain internal controls for asset protection and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with auction and gallery departments on financial planning
- Streamline accounting processes using ERP systems and automation tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years in managerial/supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
- Experience in art/antiques or auction industry preferred
