Diamond Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations in Quezon City. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to manage annual audits and tax compliance.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections to support operational goals.
- Perform detailed cost analysis, particularly within a manufacturing context, to identify areas for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Mentor and lead the accounting team to foster professional development and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Solid background in manufacturing accounting, including inventory valuation and cost control.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of PFRS/IFRS and local Philippine tax regulations (BIR compliance).
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize competing demands in a high-pressure environment.
