Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing
- Lead and develop the accounting team through performance management and process optimization
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports for management and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and international accounting standards
- Coordinate external audits and manage documentation requests
- Support group reporting requirements across multiple entities
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial accuracy
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification required
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven experience managing external audit processes
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
