Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis for stakeholders
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Drive process improvements in accounting systems and workflows
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in BPO or contact center industry preferred
