Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of the accounting department.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team to ensure operational excellence.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Philippine GAAP.
- Ensure strict adherence to local tax regulations, BIR requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate annual audits and tax filings.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure timely settlements.
- Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management to support business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- CPA License is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in retail or large-scale operations accounting is a distinct advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
