Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop the accounting team through training, mentorship, and performance management
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads
- Optimize accounting processes through system implementations and workflow improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK)
- Advanced expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Proven leadership experience in team development and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
