- <ul><li>Oversee all aspects of the hotel's financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.</li><li>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic financial plans.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).</li><li>Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard hotel assets and ensure data integrity.</li><li>Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with external auditors for annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a closely related field.</li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Philippine financial reporting standards (PFRS) and local tax laws and regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff and management.</li></ul>
