  • &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oversee all aspects of the hotel's financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic financial plans.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard hotel assets and ensure data integrity.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Coordinate effectively with external auditors for annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

Kualifikasi
