Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filings
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, providing insights to senior management
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting management role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of accounting professionals
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred
