We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure the fiscal integrity of our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, managing financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to support our business growth.
As our Accounting Manager, you will lead the finance team, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with local tax regulations, and the optimization of internal financial processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Manage the full-cycle tax reporting process and ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and performance reports to executive leadership.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate annual audits.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Professional proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
