Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings
- Drive process improvements in accounting systems and workflows
- Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in management
- Expertise in Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- Proven leadership ability in developing accounting teams
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
