Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the long-term goals of Sinag Pawnshop Corporation.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the accounting department, ensuring all team members are properly trained and aligned with company policies.
- Manage the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct regular monitoring of internal controls and audit activities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax filings.
- Analyze financial performance trends and provide actionable insights to senior management for better decision-making.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and budget preparation, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Philippine taxation laws, BIR regulations, and standard accounting principles (PFRS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
