Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team through effective coaching and performance management
- Oversee all accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Optimize accounting processes through automation and best practices implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
