Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations, BIR filings, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting processes, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits.
- Implement and improve internal accounting controls to safeguard company assets and reduce financial risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and current tax regulations (BIR).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
