Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine financial reporting standards and local tax regulations.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
- Provide detailed financial forecasting and budgeting analysis to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax laws (BIR compliance).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
