Graia Construction Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations. As a growing construction firm, we are looking for a strategic thinker to oversee our accounting department, ensure financial compliance, and drive profitability. You will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, from accounts payable and receivable to financial reporting and payroll. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local standards.
- Manage project costing and budget analysis to ensure construction projects remain financially viable.
- Supervise the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of employee salaries and tax withholdings.
- Ensure strict compliance with tax laws, BIR regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify risks and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in construction accounting, including project costing, contract management, and cost control.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax codes and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
