Join KUS Building Supplies Sdn Bhd as our Accounting Manager and take the lead in managing our financial operations for a company with over RM20 million in annual revenue. As a key member of our finance team, you will oversee the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) departments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will play a crucial role in managing import costing, analyzing financial data, and strengthening cash flow operations to support our continued growth in the construction supply industry.

You will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies, improve internal controls, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. As Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial statements, managing budgets, and conducting variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also play a key role in managing relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and financial excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage import costing and ensure accurate cost allocation for construction materials
- Strengthen cash flow operations and implement strategies to improve working capital
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management
- Experience in the construction or building supplies industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
