Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and general ledger activities to ensure accuracy.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits and reviews.
- Analyze financial trends and variances to provide insights for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
