Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filings
- Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance metrics
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in the property or real estate sector is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing accounting teams
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
