Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and consolidate internal financial statements for multiple business entities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals
- Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Experience with financial consolidation and reporting processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop a team of accounting professionals
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
