Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and variance analysis for construction projects
- Lead tax compliance initiatives including BIR filings, VAT returns, and withholding tax computations
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure operational efficiency
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on professional development
- Collaborate with department heads to support financial decision-making and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA license required)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in managerial role
- Proven experience in construction industry accounting or project cost management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, BIR requirements, and PAS standards
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience managing finance teams
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
