About the Company:
Our client, All Asian Countertrade Inc., a well-respected organization based in Makati City, is seeking a dedicated and strategic Accounting Manager (CPA) to lead their financial operations. This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging leadership role within a stable and growing company.
The Role:
As the Accounting Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the company's accounting function. You will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. This position is strictly Full-Time and Onsite, working in the Makati City office.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month-end and year-end close, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and treasury.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits, providing recommendations for procedural improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all BIR regulations, PFRS, and other government-mandated requirements.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team, managing work allocation, training, and performance evaluation.
- Improve systems and procedures to automate processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Assist management in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience as an Accounting Manager or similar senior role in finance.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to direct and supervise a team.
- Advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is required.
