Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the production of accurate and timely consolidated financial and regulatory reports for legal entities.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in compliance with corporate policies.
- Ensure full adherence to local and international statutory accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless financial audits and tax compliance.
- Analyze financial performance variances and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA) is required; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, general ledger management, and consolidation processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, for global stakeholder communication.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and taxation requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with strong organizational and project management skills.
