Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial operations across multiple entities including e-commerce and real estate businesses
- Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Lead and develop the accounting team through mentorship and process optimization
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Implement robust internal controls and risk management procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven experience in multi-entity accounting and consolidation processes
- Expertise in Philippine tax compliance and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to mentor staff
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
