Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to report financial performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily financial operations.
- Ensure tax compliance (VAT, PPh 21/23/25/29) and maintain updated knowledge of evolving tax regulations.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and improve operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/CA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within a corporate or public company environment.
- Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory to support our cross-border operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage financial consolidation processes in a multi-entity or international business setting.
